Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once a ticket or merchandise is purchased, it is considered sold.

1. General Terms

BigStage2u operates as a ticketing platform. By completing a purchase on https://bigstage2u.com, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to personal change of plans, errors in booking, or inability to attend the event.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the Event Organizer:

  • The decision to issue a refund lies solely with the Event Organizer.
  • BigStage2u will facilitate communication between the Organizer and the Buyer, but is not liable for the refund of the ticket price or any associated processing fees.
  • Service fees and processing fees charged at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

3. Merchandise & Physical Goods

For official merchandise, items are sold “as is”. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is proven to be defective at the point of collection or delivery. Any claims for defective goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

4. No Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges for different event dates, seat selections, or ticket categories once the transaction is successful.
